Licence Condition
The licensee must design and construct bunds around the hazardous chemical loading and unloading areas at Lemon Tree Passage 2 Waste Water Pumping Station and Lemon Tree Passage 4 Waste Water Pumping Station. The upgrades must be designed and undertaken to ensure compliance with the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997, AS 3780:2008 The storage and handling of corrosive substances, and NSW WorkCover Code of Practice 2005 for Storage and Handling of Dangerous Goods. The upgrades must be completed by 30 April 2017. Written confirmation of the upgrades, including relevant evidence of their completion, must be submitted to the EPA's Hunter Regional Manager at hunter.region@epa.nsw.gov.au by 30 May 2017.
